OVERFLOW HOTEL

We have secured additional hotel rooms at the nearby AC Hotel Seattle Bellevue/Downtown for attendees unable to book rooms at the Hyatt.  The group room rate is $276/night (single/double occupancy).  Our room block extends from June 28th to July 1st with the option of booking 3 days prior and post those dates.  The overflow hotel is a 12 minute walk away from the Hyatt.

Government Rate Rooms:

Typically we provide a limited number of government rate rooms.  However the per diem rate for Bellevue is currently $248/night (2025) and the negotiated conference rates are currently lower that this rate.
