Fifty-one booths, with premium locations reserved for Sponsors, are available for purchase. We do expect these to sell quickly. The cost per 8’ x 10’ booth is $1,800 – $4,000 depending on location, and includes registration for two Vendor representatives, as well as:

- Tuesday Annual Business Luncheon

The Vendor Show will kick-off on Sunday, June 23rd from 5pm – 9pm during the Get Acquainted Social. It will be open Monday, June 24th from 8am – 5pm, and Tuesday June 25th from 8am – 2pm. Move in time will be Sunday June 23rd beginning at 9am and ending no later than 4:30pm. Move out time will be Tuesday, June 25th from 2pm to 6pm. Security will be on-site for hours where no one is in the building.

Tickets to the Monday Family Night, the Tuesday Annual Awards Banquet, and the Wednesday Western States Luncheon are not included but may be purchased separately through the registration form or onsite at the registration desk.

Booth sales will be fulfilled on a first-come basis, depending on availability and upon receipt of payment.
Each Vendor Booth comes with two registrations including the events noted above. An unlimited number of representatives may be added, but only two registrations will be provided with the booth.
