MiteY Mentorship Program
Exploring Workplace Issues

The MiteY Mentorship program is a community-based mentoring program that is intended to provide consistent support and guidance for our young members.  We will be hosting quarterly events that will bring together our mentors and mentees for networking and career guidance opportunities.  This quarter’s event focuses on exploring workplace issues that face young professionals.  In particular, we want to explore the following questions:

  • What is work-life balance and how do I achieve it?
  • How should I negotiate compensation?
  • When is the right time to change jobs?

These are some of the top questions that young members ask at our Career Guidance sessions.  We invite you to join us on Gatherly to meet our wonderful mentors and join us for a focused panel discussion.  Anyone interested is welcome to join us whether or not you have signed up for our program.  There will be opportunities to join the program during the event.
