Willdan, an engineering and planning firm serving public agencies, has openings for Senior engineers and Project Managers in the Transportation Services Division of our Orange County office located in The Platinum Triangle of the beautiful city of Anaheim, California.

The qualified individual will have at least ten years of experience in design and preparation of construction PS&E for a variety of public works improvement projects; including design-build projects, interchanges, widenings and pavement rehabilitation throughout Southern California. Requirements include a demonstrated ability to manage multi-discipline projects with an emphasis in highway, roadway, drainage, sewer and waterline design. Also, managing multi-discipline projects and providing supervision and training of junior engineers for growth and promotion. The Project Manager will monitor project quality, schedule and budgets. A proven track record of managing the engineering of highway and roadway projects is a plus. Should be familiar with Caltrans design requirements and standards.

Requirements for these positions include:

- BSCE
- CA PE
- 10+ years public works and/or transportation design and min 5 yrs management experience (for PM) with CALTRANS related projects including PSR, PR and PS &E deliverables
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and client relations skills
