VENDOR INFORMATION
On June 20—23, 2004, ITE members from the western United States will gather in downtown Sacramento, just a few blocks from the state capital, to participate in the 57 th District 6 Annual Meeting. The Northern California Section invites you to be a meeting exhibitor.
The 2004 Annual Meeting provides several new and exciting features for exhibitors. For example, the Opening Reception and kick-off of the Vendor Exhibit Area will be held concurrently on Sunday evening in adjacent ballrooms. Also, those traffic engineers and technicians from throughout Northern California who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, will be invited to view exhibits Tuesday morning and attend a buffet lunch.
To facilitate your participation, we have enclosed: an application, a description and price list of all exhibit booths, and exhibit rules and regulations. All exhibit booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please send your application to David Yatabe, City of West Sacramento. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for exhibitors, which include events such as morning and afternoon breaks held in the exhibit area and conference products for meeting attendees. Please call me at (530) 756-2935 if you are interested.
