Speaker/ Sponsor Information

The sponsorship is designed to get more participation from consultants and others by listing them as sponsors in exchange for providing us with at good meeting presentation.

We have found that we get good member participation when we have strong presentations at our meetings.

Our meeting facilities are high quality. We always have a buffet lunch, the meeting is scheduled for 2 hours and we start the buffet right at 12 noon sharp! We will have a podium and microphone for your use. We can provide a projector if necessary but it is recommended that you provide your own.

We ask that you provide us with the title and description of your presentation at least 30 days in advance of the meeting. The description will be used on our website and our meeting announcement. In addition it will likely be used in our report to the WesternITE magazine. Also please provide us with a short bio of the person making the presentation to be used in the announcement and when introducing you or your speaker to the members.

For your sponsorship you get:

To make a presentation about a project or study your company has completed. We recommend about 20 to 30 minutes in length plus question and answer period.

One or two 6 foot tables for you to place company information, presentation materials, free pens, cups or whatever.

We do ask that you bring a raffle prize for our meeting.

Past raffle prizes have included: Starbucks gift cards, Atomic Clock, GPS unit, micro recorder, wine, etc. Since we don’t make money on the luncheon the only way we do recover our costs is from the raffle ticket sales.

Other consultants are bringing raffle prizes to our meeting regularly now so you may want to bring a quality prize to the meeting you are sponsoring.  We are always happy to have raffle prizes even when you are not a sponsor.
